7 Days
Day 1
Following an early start this morning we board our coach and travel to Gatwick for our late morning flight to Toronto. We board our scheduled flight for our 7 hour journey to Toronto, Pearson Airport. We land at Toronto Airport at 2pm Canadian time for our transfer to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel where we spend the next Three nights. We have a welcome meeting and drink this evening.
Day 2 and 3
At leisure in Toronto. Our hotel is centrally located in Toronto which is a safe and well kept city in which to spend time experiencing all it has to offer. Trams and underground transport is abundantly available if you do not want to walk far a guided tour of the city is an available option before beginning your sightseeing. There are many museums in the city, superb sports facilities, the castle and, of course, the famous CN Tower where you can travel skyward in a glass lift and enjoy lunch and magnificent views of the city in the revolving restaurant at the top. The shopping in Toronto is, in itself, an experience not to be missed. Many of the grand shopping malls are built underground with a huge variety of shops, labels and you find that goods in general are less expensive than those in the UK.
Day 4
This morning we say goodbye to Toronto and make the one and a half hour transfer to Niagara for our two night stay at the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel. The spacious four star hotel occupies what is without doubt one of the prime spots in Niagara. The outstanding views over the falls made even more memorable with the autumn tints at this time of the year framing the falls. A further wonderful view can be experienced each evening when the falls are lit with ever changing coloured lights visible from inside and outside of the hotel.
Day 5
At leisure in Niagara. The choice is yours today, Maybe a trip in the “Maid of the Mist” boat to view the falls from below, a journey behind the falls, a speed boat trip or even a helicopter flight or just immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of Niagara.
Day 6
At leisure in Niagara before our transfer to Toronto Pearson Airport for our 6 hour overnight flight to London Gatwick arriving in the early morning.
Day 7
After arrival at Gatwick early in the morning we board our coach for our return trip
to Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean. Making a refreshment stop en-
